2. Information and enquiries
The website is an informational catalogue. It does not provide an online checkout or take payments. Browsing a model, preparing an email or sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve equipment or create a supply agreement.
Any purchase requires a separately agreed written quotation or contract identifying the seller, equipment, configuration, price, taxes, payment arrangements, delivery, installation, acceptance, warranty and other applicable commercial terms. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
3. Specifications and illustrations
Published model data is provided to help assess possible solutions. Output depends on the product, pack size, number of cavities, materials, utilities, options and operating conditions. Confirm all required dimensions, capacities, utilities, safety requirements and performance criteria in the project specification before ordering.
Where source figures differ, model pages identify information requiring confirmation. A cycle rate is not automatically the number of packs per minute. Optional equipment is not included unless expressly agreed.
Machine images include studio renders based on reference photographs. Some variants share family illustrations, and close-ups show particular components. Finished-pack photographs illustrate packaging formats; they do not establish that the photographed product was made on a particular Nexalpack model. Images are not engineering drawings or a guarantee of the final supplied configuration.
Food-contact suitability, shelf life, packaging integrity and any specialised or regulated application require validation using the actual product, materials, process and operating conditions.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the website and save or share links for evaluating a legitimate packaging project. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, upload harmful material through linked communications, impersonate another person or use information from the site unlawfully.
5. Content and third-party rights
Brand names, logos, photographs, illustrations, text and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Nexalpack, its operator or their respective third-party owners. Their appearance does not transfer rights or imply an endorsement. Obtain the relevant permission before commercial republication or reuse beyond what the law permits.
